THE PROMISING DISK JOCKEY,  DJ      STICKY

Disk jockey’s in our country today who are normally referred to as DJ’s are shortly gaining great stands as at now in the industry. Back in the days DJ’s were not  regarded to have any special talent or gift but rather people who had fun for music and used their skills in it for mere pleasure and as  a hobby. But then things have shortly changed and in this current era disk jockeying is even studied to perfect the in born talents of most people who have the passion for it. This has lead to us producing some of the best DJ’s that we can boost of n the country today. As fast and wild as everything seems to be, we keep uncovering hidden talents in the although good lack the necessities to draw them to the limelight

Currently I must commend one of the greatest DJ’s of our times who has proven that it takes not just the skills but determination, hard work, the passion and above all the fear of God to become a shining star.  A promising star as he was with great visions of being behind his own gadgets doing his own mixes is what has kept him on his toes to attain this height in life. DJ Sticky born Joseph Kwame Asante started as a sound engineer in his church helping to fix equipments. He soon rose to his biggest dream of becoming a DJ and not just a mere DJ but one of the best we can mention in the industry today.

DJ sticky who currently works with Pravda radio 93.5 has been able to so far pull great show you can think of with his crafty skills and tactics in disk jockeying rocking shows like music music on tv3, Ghana’s most beautiful, last hour beach bash in Takoradi, pink fm valentine day show and many others. He is a DJ with his own style class and flavor and I must say he is one of the greatest we should watch out for.

Nana Adwoa is an inspirational gospel musician who is touching many lives with her music and passion for the work of God. Believers around the world know me as a spirit filled worshipper and a brilliant pharmaceutical student, but there is more to my life and ministry. I was born and raised in Ghana (West Africa) on March 12, 1989 to Victoria Boateng and the eldest of a sister and four brothers.
Music has always been a major part of my life since I grew up in an extended Christian family full of pastors and musicians. At the age of seven I made my first public appearance at church which really inspired many including myself and my family. It is an undisputable fact that my musical gift was divinely obtained but many also believe that my mother made it easier since I always sang along with her almost daily. For me worshipping is not just an activity but a lifestyle I inherited from both my mother and grandfather who was also a great worshipper. I grew up listening to great musicians like Daughters of glorious Jesus, Tagoe Sisters, Elder Mireku and many more including Pastor Yaw Boakye Dankwah of “abandenden” fame and also dreamt of being in their shoes someday.
I moved to the United States as a young lady and devoted most of my time ministering at different churches and events. This created an opportunity for me to meet one of my icons Pastor Yaw Boakye Dankwah, who later became a great father figure and a mentor. Through his love and mentoring me, I have come out with my first album “Nhyira” which will be launched on the 16th of March 2013 at Church of Grace in Atlanta – Georgia (USA). My album is filled with Great Spirit filled songs and is the album everybody who has witnessed me minister is anticipating for. My launching will features Nana Nimoh from “Big God” fame, Nii Addo, Nana Yaw Ofori Atta, Linda Ennin, Jackson Yeboah and many more. I pray and believe we will all support our dear Nana Adwoa in making her album a success.
